Red Envelope Day

I was forwarded this email from one of my friends. I think it is a very accomplishable and worthwhile task that we can all do to stick up for the unspoken and unlived. Please join me in doing this. If youplan on doing this, please comment below!

http://www.RedEnvelopeDay.com

What:
Get red envelopes or postcards (http://www.zazzle.com/RedEnvelopeDay) and mail them on March 31st to the White House

When:
March 31st, 2009

Get a red envelope. You can buy them at Kinkos, or at party supply stores. On the front, address it to

President Barack Obama
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW
Washington , D.C. 20500

On the back, write the following message.

This envelope represents one child who died because of an abortion.
It is empty because the life that was taken is now unable to be a part of our world.

We will mail the envelopes out March 31st, 2009.

Put it in the mail, and send it. Then forward this event to every one of your friends who you think would send one too. I wish we could send 50 million red envelopes, one for every child who died [in the U.S.] before having a chance to live.

It may seem that those who believe abortion is wrong are in a minority. It may seem like we have no voice and it's shameful to even bring it up. Let us show our President and the world that the voices of those of us who do not believe abortion is acceptable are not silent and must be heard.

Together we can change the heart of The President and save the lives of millions of children.

Fight Abortion!

This is a cause that is very close to me. I am totally against abortion! I think it is murder, horrible, and totally wrong! Now that Barack Obama is president, He says that he will sign the FOCA (Freedom of Choice Act.) This will legalize abortion and give people the freedom of choice. Please click the link at the bottom of this page and sign the petition to let your voice be heard against abortion! CLICK HERE TO SIGN THE PETITION!!!

For those of you who do not know what partial birth abortion is like....here is a link to a video that show how the doctors kill the innocent baby. (It is done on a fake baby.....nothing gross)
here is the video....(sorry about the name....I couldn't find anything else that was appropriate. click here.

"If men strive, and hurt a women with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman's husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine. And if any mischief follow, then thou shalt give life for life" (Ex.21:22-23).

Homecoming Week 2008!

WOW!!!! It's been busy. I haven't updated anything on here in a while!!! I've been super busy at school with tests, and homework, and Kodie's Basketball games, and being class president and then on top of all that.this week was homecoming!!!

This week was super exciting. The theme for this year was, "through the looking glass."(Alice in Wonderland) On Monday, it was Tweddle-Dee and Tweddle-Dum day. My friend Lesley and I went as John McCain and Sarah Palin. Throughout the entire election we were campaigning and supporting the McCain/Palin ticket, so it was very exciting to be dressed like them. We were one of the best dressed in the class according to teachers.Tuesday was Mad Hatter Tea Party Day where you dress up like your going to a crazy tea party. This was fun!Wednesday was class competition day. We all received colored shirts according to our grade. Of course, the freshmen were pink.Thursday was superhero day....random. I went as Super Fresh???? All I really did was where my water boy shirt from powder puff that day with a cape.Friday was school spirit day and I went all out! I wore my water boy shirt again with jeans and then I painted my face a hair! Then that night we went to the homecoming game where we played Hollywood Christian and we creamed them.Although the Freshmen came in last place of the week, we had a great time!!!
